1. General Refunds and Returns Policy
Since each piece of artwork is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom art items once they are completed and shipped, unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.
However, for all other merchandise, such as apparel or non-customized products, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Exceptions: Custom artwork and other personalized items are non-returnable except in the case of an error or defect on our part.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if there is a defect or damage.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Certain situations may warrant partial refunds, such as items returned with minor wear or damage not due to our error. Partial refunds are at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be refunded.
8. Cancellations
